You'll be sharing the apartments with myself (a PhD student at Stanford) and Jasleen (who works at Facebook). The rent is artificially low because the lease is month to month for both parts, landlord and tenants. He is planning on demolishing the house at some point during this year or the next, which is why he wants to keep it month to month. In return we get low rent. Both parts have to give one month notice if they want to terminate the contract.

Apart from that the house is pretty low key, we go about our own business most of the time. I, myself, do a lot of music in the evenings so I'm mostly not there except in the mornings. It's a sweet spot if you are looking for something cheap. It has laundry facilities (machines) that are free, 3 bathrooms, one of which you'll have for yourself (in your room). Internet is paid on top of the rent.
