I am subletting my Rains apartment from June 1 to September 21 (dates flexible). This is one room in a two-bedroom apartment. There is a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Flat screen TV, keyboard, BIKE, box fan, and more! Free laundry, next to grill and volleyball courts. 7 minute bike ride to center of campus. University rate: $972/month. Please note that all Rains units have a small additional cost for Internet, phone, and community activities (~$80 total).
