Price: $800
We are 2 recent college grads (both girls) working in the Bay Area. Our 3rd roommate is moving out of the area at the end of the month, and we are seeking a friendly, responsible and compatible new roommate for the remainder of the year. Looking for someone who is easy-going, clean, and fun to be around. Absolutely no drugs, smoking or excessive alcohol consumption. The apartment is a very comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer. Friendly neighbors and super close to the city's best farmer's market. The room is furnished with a bed/mattress, desk, and drawer (asking $100 for everything). And sorry, our lease does not allow pets.
About the location:

We are also very close to the following nearby neighborhoods: the Mission, Potrero Hill, Downtown SF, Glen Park.
