Our sophisticated finance assignments require sophisticated finance pros. We are currently searching for a SOX lead consultant. It is preferable that you have 15 ??????? 20 years experience with several years of Big 4 public accounting experience, combined with a minimum of 10 years in private industry. You must be able to plan and execute 404 documentation and testing, review work product for accuracy, juggle multiple engagements and timelines, assist pre-public, small to medium sized companies to define controls and remediate design deficiencies as part of the development of the 404 documentation.



We are also looking for SOX engagement team members (Documenters and Testers) who have 10-15 years accounting experience, including several years of Big 4 public accounting audit experience combined with private industry accounting experience. Prior experience documenting controls and remediating design deficiencies is a plus. You must be able to execute testing of controls and document test results in a clear manner.
