ATC-ONLANE is looking for a top-notch professional to develop, manage and execute marketing programs for the company??????s ATC Open online wholesale auction. The Marketing Programs Manager for Open Auction is responsible for both offline and online marketing campaign management, including planning, execution, optimization, growth, and budget management. To achieve this end, this person will need to manage cross-functional teams and processes, think strategically and understand business drivers, be a team player and motivator, effectively use analytics and modeling to make decisions, have a functional knowledge of Web technology, be resourceful and a self-starter.

As the driver for our Open Auction focused marketing programs, you will work with our internal teams to develop clear objectives and tactics to meet them. You must be able to juggle a variety of programs to meet the prioritized business objectives with programs delivered on-time, on-budget and meeting the company??????s needs for excellent return on investment.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



Program Development & Execution



??? Lead and coordinate the development of new programs and manage existing marketing programs. Ensure that marketing strategies tie to prioritized corporate objectives. Clearly communicate the plan to all interested parties.



??? Work across marketing, business unit, product marketing, sales and business development functions to ensure our corporate and product marketing messages are integrated and prioritized.



??? Work externally with our consignors to develop marketing programs to support the sale of their vehicles to dealers.



??? Perform testing and measurement to improve results across all aspects of the program.



Requirements:



??? 5-10 years of related experience including developing and executing marketing programs



??? Experience with Web-based online sales models highly desired. Experience with wholesale B2B marketing programs a plus.



??? Experience marketing to automotive dealers highly desired.



??? Broad experience managing outside vendors, agencies and service providers. Ability to negotiate project terms, set expectations, measure effectiveness and communicate satisfaction and lead corrective action where required.



??? Superb project management skills. Must be able to manage multiple programs and concurrent deadlines with excellent attention to details.



??? Self-directed and an enthusiastic team player.



??? Strong presentation skills.



??? Creative thinker.



??? Quick learner.



??? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



Bachelor??????s Degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communication or equivalent.
