Basic Functions include but aren't limited to:
Accounts Receivable
Collections
Customer Service - Telephone
Prepare Bank Deposits
Reconcile Inventory with Books
Support Accounting Manager
Process Inbound and Outbound Mail
Qualifications:
Computer literate - Microsoft Office / E-mail / Spreadsheets / Other
Good Communication Skills (written and phone)
Detail Oriented Data Entry
Knowledge of Basic Accounting Principals
This position offers a great opportunity to grow with our company and learn new skills with experience. Weekdays, 8:00 to 4:30 in Brisbane with easy parking and near public transportation.
