The El Camino YMCA is located in Mountain View, California. This YMCA branch is an $8 million operation that provides health & wellness and community outreach programs in the Mt. View and Los Altos communities. Our 52,000 sq. ft YMCA is adjacent to the El Camino Hospital and we have 6 child care sites in Mt. View and Los Altos.



Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant 2 position is responsible for the administrative functions for financial development of El Camino YMCA. This includes, but not limited to organizing events, developing campaign materials, administer and maintain donor database, production of donor correspondence and processing donor pledges and payments. This position will work closely with the Executive Director in maintaining Board of Director meeting records, attendance, and related materials. General administrative duties will be required.



Qualifications:

?????? Experience in a similar position is preferred (work experience at a non-profit is helpful).

?????? Must be proficient in the use of personal computers & related software applications. Experience with desktop publishing software preferred.

?????? Strong communication (both oral and written).

?????? Organizational skills and multi-task orientation are required.

?????? Experience and interest in event planning and marketing.

?????? Demonstrated capacity to work with a high degree of accuracy.

?????? An Associate??????s or Bachelor??????s Degree in a related field is preferred or a high school (or GED) with several years of experience may substitute for a degree.
