The Western Regional Specification Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing architectural lighting product sales and distribution plans for the assigned market and future markets as determined by business need.
Specific Responsibilities:
-Plan, develop, and implement sales plans to achieve targeted sales.
-Follow up on business development for other markets as determined by demand.
-Develop and manage strong Customer and Manufacturers Representative relationships.
-Create and deliver strong sales and promotional presentations.
-Contribute to market expansion opportunities by providing input that focuses on product development efforts and lends sales context to the development process.
-Maintain extensive and up to date technical product knowledge.
-Provide effective corporate communication including monthly sales reports.
-Submit Sales Business plan annually to achieve company establish sales targets.
-Additional projects as assigned.
