IMO Entertainment is looking for a talented, self motivated and experienced flash/AS3/flex developer. We are a small, smart, nimble, and experienced team looking for someone like you to join us in our groovy North Beach office in SF. We're working on something very cool, come by and meet with us and see what we're crafting.

Requirements:
- 3+ year(s) of ActionScript experience
- 1+ year(s) of Flex experience
- Confident with OOP and how it is implemented in ActionScript
- Understands how the flash event model works
- Understanding of how flash communicates with HTTPService/RemoteObject, etc.
- Experience communicating with flash via Javascript
- Can reference important Flex classes from memory
- Mastery of XHTML/CSS
- Experience with JSON and XML
- Experience creating animations using only ActionScript/Flex
- Familiarity with frameworks such as cairngorm, mate, PureMVC or other similar frameworks

Optional:
- MySQL experience
- PHP/Ruby/Java experience
