We??????re looking for a web developer to help us implement a new design for our website! SayNow is a phone service that helps celebrities (and mere mortals) communicate with their fans through voice messages, text messages, photos, and live conversations (among other cool things that are in the pipeline and couldn??????t fit in this sentence). You??????ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to create fun experiences for our users while writing clean, well-commented and standards compliant code.

Requirements:

- Expert XHTML, CSS, Javascript skills
- Strong comand of web standards and cross-browser compatibility issues
- Experience with one or more server-side scripting languages and/or MVC frameworks
- Great communication skills
- A passion for the interweb and creating fun, elegant user experiences.

Not absolutely necessary, but we??????d REALLY love you if you also have

- Actionscript / Flash skills
- Experience with the Rails framework
- Interaction design experience
- Familiarity with *nix and working knowledge of web services, SOAP, REST, internet protocols
