Congregation Sherith Israel, San Francisco, a vibrant Reform Jewish community, is seeking a highly motivated Development Director to provide technical and administrative expertise for the current capital campaign and add management skill and ROI to the Annual Fund program.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years proven experience in major gifts and donor cultivation and have excellent written and verbal skills. Reporting to the Executive Director, the individual will be responsible for the execution of a comprehensive donor cultivation and stewardship program related to leadership gift work including the management of volunteer support, events and communications. Works closely with a team of volunteers, campaign consultants, development committee and professionals to enhance gifts and giving programs. Familiarity with the Jewish community and culture is a plus.
