Webgistix is an early stage eCommerce fulfillment solutions provider. The business is expanding rapidly and has a reputation for delivering fast and accurate order fulfillment services, useful Internet technology, and personalized customer service. Webgistix occupies an integral position in the eCommerce value chain and this position presents a significant opportunity for the development of value-accretive upstream and downstream channel partner relationships. POSITION MISSION
Develop and implement a channel sales program. Identify, recruit, train and manage partner relationships and implement channel sales programs that assist in the achievement of new customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

DELIVERABLES
1. Identify a target partner list that is aligned with Webgistix?????? service and sales strategy.
2. Recruit and develop a minimum of eight (8) reciprocal referral/alliance agreements with targeted partners per quarter.
3. Implement and manage sales and marketing programs for each channel partner that result in the generation of at least one-hundred (100) qualified sales leads per quarter.
4. Build a pipeline of opportunities by partner that delivers a minimum of twenty-five (25) new customers per quarter.
5. Participate in Webgistix sales and marketing events and partner marketing events as required. Provide weekly updates to the sales team on channel program status and lead development.
6. Proactively manage and forge strong ongoing relationships with channel partners and leverage those relationships for revenue maximization.

COMPETENCIES
1. Experience in driving incremental revenue from the development and management of a mutually beneficial base of partners, preferably gained in a similar role within the IT industry.
2. High sense of urgency; proactive ??????can-do?????? mindset.
3. Comfortable in a quota based compensation role.
4. Exceptional communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
5. Solid technical experience and an understanding of channel sales development processes.
6. Ability to work autonomously.
7. Detail orientation.
8. 5+ years experience and MBA preferred.
