Title: Senior Research Analyst/Partner

Compensation: We are seeking a Partner, who will be compensated based on Revenue and profitability of the firm. NO BASE SALARY

Tailor Research is a financial services firm that specializes in customized investment research. Our clients are large and small investment management firms; including: hedge funds, mutual funds and pension funds. The firm was established by several well-known financial services executives, with a successful history of forming highly successful investment-related ventures.

Senior Research Analyst/Partner will be one of the first members of the research team, responsible for the overall research product. This research is more broad based than traditional sell-side research and is more similar to buy-side research.

We are seeking self-staring individuals in the United States with the following background:

?????? We are seeking individuals who have a proven record at institutional research through a high Star-mine ranking. Alternatively, demonstrated academic backgrounds or proven credentials: For instance one of the following: Passed CFA level-one, graduated from a top-twenty university with an undergraduate degree, graduated with honors from a non top-twenty American university, graduated with an MBA from a top-twenty business school, or scored in the top 10% on the GMAT, LSAT or GRE.
?????? Willingness to travel to client sites located throughout the United States and abroad (25% travel).

?????? Series 87 and 86 licenses.

?????? A solid understanding of statistics and comfort with mathematics in general is appreciated.

?????? A solid understanding of the stock market and the securities industry.

?????? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, highly entrepreneurial.
