Hello, my name is Jackie Larson, I am 23 and a student at BYU. I live in Utah right now, but I am planning on moving to live with my sister in EV Stanford campus in the next week for the rest of the summer. I am looking for nanny/ mothers helper work. I am also willing to help with housework, running errands, or whatever the job may require. I love constantly changing environments and meeting new challenges. I perform any task I am given to the best of my ability. I am creative and like to have new things to do and be excited about every day. I love and connect easily with children of all ages.
A little background on my experience:

I have worked for the last year and two months in an elementary school as an Academic Intervention Assistant. I helped in assisting the teachers to have more time to work with the children who were struggling. I did reading fluency and also math tutoring. I also worked to tutor in the special education program (the less severe unit). I loved my job and the kids I worked with. I won an award in the last month I work there called the "Looking Glass" award for excellence in trying my hardest at meeting the needs of the children.

I also worked in a place called the "House of Hope" which is a rehabilitation center for women who have been convicted of drug abuse, alcohol abuse, and child abuse crimes. It was a live in setting and I would help care for the children who were not old enough to go to school while their mothers went to rehabilitation classes. I took care of children from the age of six months to five years.

I also have many years of experience as the neighborhood babysitter. For more than six years I was called upon to babysit for various families in the neighborhood.

For my asking price: 10$ an hour for one child, 15$ for two. I can do detailed house work (cleaning a refrigerator, windows) for an extra fee. If you are going on a weekend trip we can negotiate a fair price depending on how long you will be gone.

I am looking for 30-40 hours of work a week, but I am willing to be very flexible with hours, and last minute calls if you are going to be gone for the weekend, or need to run a last minute errand.
