I graduated from Stanford undergraduate this June and am trying to find a roommate to move into a 3 bedroom Avalon Advantage Community Apartments starting mid- September (approximately September 12th). The lease would be for one year, and the rent will be approximately $750-$900 (including utilities) per person.

I'm looking for a Stanford student who is clean and neat, doesn't smoke and isn't too loud.
