My current roommate is moving to Berkeley and I love this apartment and don't want to move! So, I will have an exquisite bedroom w/private bathroom available for rent in Mountain View. Check out the link to the complex I will post below.

The Apartment/Room: The apartment is at 1885 California St, Mountain View (link to complex info below) and we have an apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool. It is a large 2br/2ba. This is an excellent unit! Everything is pretty much new and we have our own washer/dryer! It is walking distance from Castro/downtown MV and about 5 blocks from San Antonio shopping center. For the exception of the available bedroom/bathroom, the apartment is pretty much fully furnished with nice things. Happy to show off the apartment if you are interested. Rent would likely be $900 (though our rent might actually decrease) and bills come out to about $125/person each month. That's cheaper and much nicer than a studio on campus!

Ideally someone would move in at the end of August, but that is negotiable. Also, I have some small preference for a current grad student or recent alumn. Male or female, I've lived several years with both. I am currently working on my PhD at Stanford and will be in the area for at least another couple of years (though of course the lease would only be a 1-year commitment).
