Full kitchen privilege (you can use current utensils, or bring your own), share full bathroom with a male professional, coin-operated laundry facility on site.

Male or female, you choose your days, you can rent for one day or 12 months, or anywhere in between, totally up to you!

No smoking, no pet, no drama.

Clean and quiet person preferred.

Furnished: desk, chair, bookshelf, coffee table, TV, twin sized bed& mattress, pillow and comforter are all provided. Cable TV and Internet available.

Rent: $35/day, all utilities included.

Need to provide first 2 week's rent (if stays longer than 2 weeks) and $200 security deposit upon move-in.
