I have a cute and quaint cottage that I want to share with the right person. My roomate will be leaving January the 10th. This can be your move in date.

Here are a couple of things about the place:

- I just had the place painted and had new carpet put in.
- You will have your own room with ample closet space.
- There are 3 pools on the property. 1 of which is heated
- Lighted tennis courts
- Good sized gym with TV(you will save a couple of bucks just there)
- 3 blocks from the train station and downtown (now you can have transportation options incase gas prices go up again, which we all know that it will)
- 8 miles from Stanford
- Club house for parties. It has a full kitchen, cable and fireplace. Plus it is nicely decorated
- Cable
- The room has just about all the furniture you need expect a bed (I do have an inflatible mattress if need be) or it can be emptied

Here are a few things about me:
- I'm a 59 year young female and prefer a female (this is due to trial and error)
- I have asthma (so smoking is a no-no and no pets)

Here are a few things that I need from you:

- Full time employee
- Dependable
- Non smoking and drug free
- Can pass a credit check and possibly a background check (apt rules not mine)
- Willing to help with the household chores
- Need to be prepared to sign a 1 year lease

I have had some great friendships with some of my pass roomates. I would like to be able to create this with you. You do not have to pay for untilities,except if you need the internet(current roomate has this in her room, but is paying for it).
