I have one room available from now till Aug.15th for sublet in EV 2BR efficiency apartment. The room is on the 12th floor of Blackwelder highrise with a fantastic view of the campus (facing Hoover Tower). The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chairs, closet, dresser, bookcase, etc. You need to share the bathroom and kitchen with my roommate, a pretty nice Chinese girl. It costs $623 per month plus $72 dues and telecommunication fee per quarter. Internet and utilities included.
