I am a 32 year old female looking for a roommate to rent a room in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath house in San Mateo. The room is available March 1.

To keep things simple, I pay all major utilities including power/electric/gas, water, trash and recycling. My only request is for you to take care of wireless internet (and cable if you want it). You will also get the covered parking spot in the garage.
