The lone upstairs room is quiet and has a private half bath, 2 large closets, large windows, hard wood floors and can include full size bed, TV, dresser, and night stand if desired.

The renter will have access to all house common places and amenities, which include:

Minimum stay of 2 months.

Renter will sign a standard sublease contract, with 1st month's rent upon move in
