This is a rolling President suitcase without a handle on top. The extended latch on the side makes the case much easier to pull behind you than the handles you find on newer Samsonite cases. It's banged up but closes and locks -- good to use for storage. I can't keep it, as it won't fit under my bed. Pickup in EV
