I'm looking for a male roommate who would share this house with me.

The best part of this house is its location and its low rent price.
It's only 5 min walk from GCC and it is located where Stanford Ave. meets Hanover St.

You need to pay 750$ a month + shared utilities.
For utilities, it would cost $50 at summer but it can go up to $70 at winter.
Hence the total cost will be around $810~$830.

This house is fully furnished except your bed.
There are two couches and 1 table in the living room.
Actually, these are mine but I'm totally fine with sharing them.

And the house has its car garage.
Kitchen has 1 big fridge and 1 stove.

I'm using wireless internet, and you can share it by paying half of the monthly fee.
It would be $20 for you.

I might raise cats in a few months.
But I'm not 100% sure yet.
