About the apartment:
It is a three bedroom, 1 bathroom second floor flat with many of the original moldings. VERY cute. The available bedroom is furnished with a pillow top double bed and very cute vanity with two drawers. Galley-type kitchen, on the small side but well-equipped - with 3 cooks in the house we have managed to make it work! The living room is very charming, with two large windows and a fireplace. There are 2 washers and dryers on site and they are free. Rent includes wi-fi, cable, and utilities. Location (on Addison Avenue) is minutes away by foot from downtown Palo Alto, by bike / car to Stanford campus and to the 101 freeway.

The room is available now through July 31 (pro-rated rent and slight extension is an option).

About us:
We are easy-going, considerate and fairly neat/clean. We are both working girls - one of us works at Stanford University and the other works at a bank up in San Francisco. We sometimes like to kick off our work shoes and relax with a glass of good wine and a home cooked meal in the evenings and really enjoy sharing food and drinks with each other and our friends.

About you:
We are looking for a responsible roommate who is also friendly and easy going, on the neat/clean side, will share in household tasks (i.e. keeping common areas tidy) and does not mind us having guests over.
