The apartment has 3 rooms: living/bedroom with large closet; spacious kitchen; and bathroom. Hardwood floors, vintage light fixtures, decorative molding. Located on the second floor and set back from the street. Comes either unfurnished or partially furnished (dresser, bookshelves, platform bed for queen mattress, love seat).

Only 2 blocks from Alamo Square Park with the famous "Painted Ladies" Victorians and close to the Opera House, Main Library, Asian Art Museum and Civic Center. Located on the 21, 22 and 5 bus lines, with both BART and MUNI trains within 3/4 mile. Caltrain a 12-minute bike ride away. There is some permit-free street parking in the area but permit necessary if parking regularly. This is quite literally the middle of the city so most other neighborhoods are easily accessible.

Rent is $1300 per month and includes all utilities (water, electric, gas, wireless internet). Coin-operated washer and dryer as in the building. $500 fully refundable deposit required. No pets.
