I am a male PhD student at Stanford looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment I have just leased starting August. The combined rent is $2,175 + utilities which we would split. Male or female roommate is acceptable.

It is a bright and airy 2nd floor apartment. It is very conveniently located just off campus a couple of blocks on College Ave in the College Terrace neighborhood. It is also close to California Avenue for shopping, dining, and the train station.

The apartment has just been remodeled and has brand-new double pane energy efficient windows throughout. It has a renovated kitchen with granite slab countertops, new maple cabinets, new appliances including built-in dishwasher and microwave. It has laminated wood floor in the dining area and kitchen and like new carpet in the living room and bedroom. There is also a small balcony off of the living room area. There is a parking space and storage unit in a carport and washer/dryer on site.
