I'm moving out of my house on January 10 and I'm looking for someone (male or female) to fill my spot. The move in date is flexible, but the closer to January 10th, the better. The house is on a quiet street in midtown (near Middlefield and Oregon) and has hardwood floors, washer/dryer, a back patio, a pretty garden out front, easy parking and lots of storage space. Rent is $833/mo plus $60-80 for utilities. The house is within walking distance of a grocery store, drug store, and numerous coffee shops and within easy biking distance of California Avenue, downtown Palo Alto and Stanford Campus. The other two housemates are female, and are both 2010 grads -- one works in the area and the other is finishing her co-term. If you are interested or want more information, let me know!
