Location - A very quiet residential location in safe Bernal Heights/Outer Mission neighborhood of SF close to intersection of Mission St and Virginia Ave. The house is on top of the hill with a nice view. Lot of restaurants and groceries including Safeway etc. & gas station are within 5 mins. Public transportation close by (2 mins. for bus stop to downtown & 10-15 mins. to Bart stop)

House details – House has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. You will be having your own unfurnished room on second floor and share a bathroom.There is one common living room, one dining space, kitchen on first floor with backyard and basement (for storage). You will be sharing the house with 2 housemates. 1 male bachelor in mid 20s (Stanford Alum) working in the City & 1 married European lady in her mid 40s working in East Bay (owner of the house).
Both housemates are easy going and responsible.

Rent - Same as current rent for this room: 800$ per month + shared utilities (the regulars-internet, gas, water etc.). Free street parking in the area. Preference for ONE housemate who is easy going, responsible, prefers cleanliness and keeps it nice like a home.

Availability - It will be vacant on Feb1st for the move in. The room is available to be shown after Jan 10th.
