Hi!
I currently live in a 2 bed/2bath apartment in the Renaissance Apartments complex in Sunnyvale (on Old San Francisco Rd, between Fair Oaks and Wolfe). It's about 20 mins from Stanford. My current roommate has moved out to start her medical residency program, so I am looking for a young professional or grad student female roommate to move in starting August 2nd.
Check out the apartment website - it's Unit Plan B:

The apartment has:
The apartment complex has:
Rent:
$1250/month plus utilities (P&G, internet, water+sewage = somewhere between $40 and $75/month) per person. Deposit is $300.
About me:
I'm a female engineer in my mid 20s, graduated from Stanford a couple of years ago, and work in Sunnyvale at a medical device company, which keeps me pretty busy. But in my free time I like to cook, so you'll definitely get to try some food and baked goods if you'd like. I'm pretty quiet (no loud parties), clean, and respectful and I'd like my roommate to be the same.
If you're interested, please send me an e-mail and tell me a bit about yourself.
Thanks!
