Hello

I am subletting lyman graduate house for the summer since I am leaving for the internship.

Rent: $1086/mo.(This is an official rate) but negotiable. $100 of deposit. (optional) $50 for bike (including lock and light)
All utilities included
Date: Mid of June ~ Mid of Sep., but also adjustable. I hope it is at least two months.
Very close to research centers - more closer than Escondido village.

Fully furnished, All kitchen/housewares are free to use. Washer/Dryers are free.

I have a male flatmate and he said he is OK with share an apartment with a female. So if you are a female and do not have any problem to share an apartment with a male, please feel free to contact me. Separate bedroom of course.
I have had zero problem with my flatmate so far. He is very easy going and nice.

To be eligible to sublicense a space from a Stanford graduate student, a prospective sublicensee must be a current or incoming direct Stanford affiliate, but does not have to be a matriculated student. Temporary Stanford affiliates who will not be enrolled as students (summer visiting researchers, for example) must not be a minor, high school student, or undergraduate at their home institution.
