We are looking for a housemate (male or female) for our 3 bedroom apartment at the Avalon apartments in Mountain View. Preferred move in would be by Aug 11, 2016, but earlier may be possible. The total rent is $4,440 for 12 month lease and approximate utilities+internet per month are ~$60 a person. The available bedroom (listed below) is $1,295.

My husband and I share the master bedroom. Our roommate (male) lives in Bedroom 1, and we're looking for someone to live in Bedroom 2 (See http://www.avaloncommunities.com/california/mountain-view-apartments/avalon-mountain-view/floor-plans#, 3 bedroom apartment). We're all in our 30s.

We spend time hanging out together at home, chatting it up, playing games, or making fun of each other. We also have our own work and social schedules that keep us busy.

Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and relaxed. We sometimes have friends over or visitors who spend the night in the living room. You should be OK with that and are more than welcome to do the same. We're not too loud, but do sometimes stay up late talking, computing, or watching something. There's one assigned parking spot we share, but there's always sufficient unassigned parking in the complex for additional cars.
