Hi, we are subletting our apartment for the summer (early June to August 30th). It is a recently renovated 4BR/2B, and we welcome people who want to sublet individually or as groups. The rent is $1438 / month. It's a great location, the closest possible Rains apartments to most of campus because it is on the corner of Bowdoin and Campus. We're happy to leave our microwave, rice cookers, Margaritaville, air fryer, sous vide, and panini press so long as you keep them in good condition. Or we can remove them if you'd prefer the counter space. There are also plenty of pots, pans, utensils, cutting knives, plates, bowls, etc. There is also a TV.
